Melbourne Central Catholic High School, a co-educational Catholic high school in the Diocese of Orlando, serves all of Brevard County, in the State of Florida. MCC is a college preparatory high school accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (S.A.C.S.) and is designated a National School of Excellence by the U.S. Department of Education (1991). MCC offers four types of diplomas: Honors Diploma, College Preparatory Diploma, Standard High School Diploma, and Special Diploma.
MCC students are expected to carry eight (8) courses per year for their entire school experience. Enrollment in Honors and Advanced Placement courses requires department approval and satisfaction of prerequisites.
