822 WEIGHT TRAINING II
Grade Level: 11-12
Will meet the requirement for PE or ELECTIVE
This course provides the student with opportunities to extend his/her knowledge and development of skills in weight training that may be used in physical fitness pursuits today and in later life. It will improve muscular strength and endurance, and enhance body image. The student will also design, implement and evaluate a personal weight-training program.
